Best Western needed a user-friendly Price Finder tool to help customers quickly and easily find the best available prices across their hotels. The goal was to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface that would allow users to effortlessly search through extensive data. Solution

Seamless Synchronisation

Leveraging Best Western’s extensive pricing database, we developed a robust system to access calendar availability and determine the cheapest room for any hotel across various rates and date ranges. This data is securely stored in an Azure Table and synced with Best Western’s Sitefinity database for consistent updates.

To ensure real-time accuracy and seamless data synchronization, we implemented a dual trigger system:

Immediate and Ad-Hoc Updates: An integrated HTTP mechanism allows on-demand data scrapes for instant updates.

Scheduled Updates: A timer trigger automates weekly synchronizations, ensuring that the latest pricing information is always available.
